Oat cookies;
2 cups rolled oats (or rolled quinoa if gluten free)
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
3 tablespoon raw organic honey

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl with your hands, squeezing the mixture until it combines. Add in cacao nibs or dried fruit if you like. Roll into 12-14 balls and spread out on a greased on lined tray. Bake at 160c for 15 minutes or until golden. Enjoy
